It has not changed. I have talked to the Vice President of this company till I'm blue in the face, they won\'t give in at all. I OWNED A COFFEE SHOP UNTIL JUNE 2006. DUE TO COMPETITION FROM STARBUCKS I WAS FORCED TO CLOSE DOWN AND LOST NEARLY $200,000.00. I WAS UNABLE TO PAY THE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS OF JUNE AND JULY 2006. I RESTARTED PAYMENTS IN AUGUST BY BORROWING THE PAYMENTS FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY IN AUGUST 2006 WHILE I TRIED TO GET A SECOND BUSINESS GOING. MY PAYMENTS WERE $4564.00 AND MY SECOND WAS $350.00 PER MONTH. THEN IN JUNE OF 2007 ANOTHER BAD PATCH AND I MISSED A PAYMENT WHICH STARTED THE FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS. I DID MANAGE TO STOP THE PROCEEDINGS ONCE BY SENDING THEM IN SOME PAPER WORK IN AND TRIED TO WORK OUT A LOAN MODIFICATION BUT THE END RESULY WAS A NO FROM THEM. I GOT NO REASONS WHY, JUST THEY COULD NOT DO IT. I DID NOT QUALIFY. SO I SENT THEM THE SAME PAPER WORK AGAIN AS THE HOUSING SITUATION WORSENED IN CA. I CONTACTED THEM BUT APART FROM SAYING THEY WERE WORKING ON IT I GOT NO REAL REPLY FROM THEM. I EVEN OFFERED TO SIGN A FORCLOSURE WAIVER IF THEY WOULD WORK SOMETHING OUT WITH ME BUT HAVE STILL TO HEAR FROM THEM. IT HAS BECOME WORSE. MY MORTGAGE WAS A ARM SO THE INTERST RATE HAS GONE UP AND I CURRENTLY MUST PAY THEM $5200.00 AND $360 ON MY SECOND. i AM UP TO DATE AND CURRENT ON MY SECOND BUT SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE ON MY FIRST. I WANT THE MODIFICATION TO BE SOMETHING THAT IS FAXED WITH MY PAYMENTS AROUND $3000.00 PER MONTH.
