We filed bankruptcy, Our mortgage company started foreclosure on our account, despite our discharge. This tacked many dollars in fees on our account. Then they misapplied our funds to fees rather than our house payment. They have refused to accept payments from us, they have upped our payment and our interest rate without notification until AFTER it was done. This is only the start of it.
