I fell behind when I was fired from job. I then went filed bankrubtcy. Someone told me that house was included. But I continued to pay. I could never catch up, I tried working with them. But I finally gave up. I am about 6 or 7 months behind. Not even sure anymore. There was a gentlemen that was going to do a short sale. And I haven't heard from either.  Yes I am working steady. Have a good income. There was a gentlemen name Art Gordon that told me if I paid him 1500.00 he could save my home. Told me not to worry. He out of Cleveland. Haven't heard from either. In February, I made arrangements with lender and was set up on a repayment plan.  To initiate the plan, I was to send $4291.00.  As of the date I didn't have the full amount and called repeatedly and left several messages that I needed a few more days. Finally, I sent $4290.00 to the lender. I spoke with them on 4/3 & 4/4 to confirm receipt. They received and suggested that the agreement was still intact . The next day my house was sold and they returned $4290 to me the next day. Furthermore they returned my December payment in January. All told, they returned $6000.00 to me in the past 2 months.  $800 short of bringing my account current.  I feel the customer service department  and legal department were not in communication and for them to return money they had prior to the foreclosure is simply brutal and un-American. I can't afford to lose my investment.  I was laid off in 07 for 6 months which lead to the delinquent situation. but I maintained  monthly conversation with them on my status and payment ability. Also,, there were mistakes made at Western Union as well that made the receipt of the payment a day later as well. I have documents to prove that.  PLEASE HELP ME Keep my home. They sold my home on 3/4. Actually they bought it back and suggested that I need to move ASAP. They sent a Real Estate agent to my house and he proceeded to tell my son that his/our home was being foreclosed as he returned home from school with his friends.  Neither of the home owners were home at the time.  The mortgage company if First Franklin . I am back at work in a full time position and feel confident I can bring my account current immediately.  Help me stop foreclosure
