Wife had two major surgeries we had it work out with the primary loan to get all caught up when she went back to work. Wife went back to work and now left me and moved out without helping me catch up. Yes we did a budget with me at the company I can afford it but cant afford to get caught up but I can afford the payments no problem once I am caught up.

we could stay in home if payment was lower. currently is 3300mo. need something much lower. mortgage company is Option One. We have had the house on the market for 5 1/2 mos with one offer that the person dropped out on (took too long because of short-sale). On a short-sale Option one will go as low as 365K for the house and it appraised @500K in November 2005.

Foreclosure Help in Columbus
In August 2007 I lost approximately 33 percent of my income (a temporary draw on commissions). With this loss I could not meet monthly expenses and the mortgage being over 1/2 of those expenses -I pursued loss mitigation immediately and in October, 2006 I was placed on a payment plan -After making my first payment in November, I lost my job completely -On December 3 I took a new job but would not receive my first check until 12/31 due to 2 week in arrers payment. I would therefore miss my 2nd scheduled payment with Wells Fargo. I was in frequent contact with collections at Wells Fargo and followed their instructions regarding breaking the payment plan and requesting to be placed on a new one. Once I was in a position to request to be placed on a new payment plan and earning income the Bank indicated I needed to go back through loss mitigation completely anew which required reapplication, proof of new income (which I won\'t completely be able to provide until January 15). I was able to make a normal payment but Wells has told me that I cannot make \"partial payments\" and any playment less than the total due is a partial payment. I believe waiting in this manner to make payments only pushes me closer to foreclosure.
I am working and earning sufficiently to cover normal payments but need some type of loss mitigation to bring the mortgage current due to the size of the past due amounts. My Mortgage company is Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo forsclosure or loss mitigation
