I am military and received a change of orders twice. I tried to sell the house when the market fell i could get a buyer. I had a Realtor trying to help with a short sell. I deployed to Iraq for the last 6 months. During that time the Realtor backed out. I submitted for a deed in lue of for closer and was told it was a very good case and would most likely be approved. 10 days to the foreclosure Countrywide calls and said it was disapproved because it was not submitted 60 days out. I submitted it 32 days out with no notification from them of the submittal restrictions. I need to have the foreclosure postponed until the DEED in Lieu can be processed. The supervise said sorry no one told you. I just returned from Iraq 7 days ago and have been calling them every 2 days, no one has said anything about the time constraints.
Country Wide is foreclosing. I have been working with them and done everything I could to sell or give the house back, but it is obvious they have no interest in fixing this..

I went through a divorce and can't afford the payments. Have not found a job yet. My ex and I had a business together. I am afraid in few months my money will run out and wouldn't be able to make the payments. At the moment I am only making the minimum payment which is adding to my loan balance. I found out my loan is a terrible loan and I can' t afford to keep adding to the principal . Please give my some good sound advice.
