We fell two payments behind and you closed our online account. because of this we fell more behind. We are currently in Australia and tried to contact you for two month via phone (the one on your website) no call back. Finally got ahold of someone on another unlisted number and they state the house in in Foreclosure. I have spoke with Kim Lee at 5689 and we are ready to make the payments and get things back on track. Don\'t drag this out until it is too late. Right now we cannot make a payment without this new agreement. We were told that someone would contact us and not to make payment untill we get the new arrangment. I am worried that you will drag this out and then continue the foreclosure not giving us a chance. The horror stories are all over the internet. I was also told that your people cannot call or fax international. Get with the program we live in a worldwide economy you will need to call overseas occasionally. You are our mortgage company. We can and will make the back amount up in 4-5 months on top of our regular payment which you continue to raise. Our situation is the same. we have the money to pay. You need to let us pay it. Open our online account back up!!! Foreclosure on a 120,000 .00 home for 6000.00 back with one third of that on hand and ready to pay would be a crime. Litton Foreclosure I was forced out of my job back in september of 08, went to my old job which i made much less, left there because of not making enough and my boss before wanted me back so i'm back to making okay money... but during this time it was hard to make payments so i paid as i could. well LittonLoan Mortgage pretty much made it out as if we didn\'t pay the full amount then the money went into a different account or something and not on my home loan. We've called every few weeks to make sure they got the money we kept sending and they said we owed $400 left.... well now we get a letter saying to call a forclosure lawyer. We called her and she is showing we owe 5 months.... absolutely no way we owe that much.
