I'm a single mother that\'s trying to take care of my child without any help from the father. He was a victim of a drive by shooting and haven\'t been able to work for over 7 years. I have a decent job now but I can\'t see my way because everything i need the prices keep increasing. I had the only transportation had owned to break down and it cost me a total of $1300 to get it fixed and it caused me to get behind again on my mortgages. I want to come out of chapter 13 any way possible.

I was put on medical leave from work in November 2007 after being diagnosed with a chronic illness....I am currently fighting short term disability as well as SSI... with this happening our family lost approximately $65,000 a year in income causing this hardship My husband recently took a better job where he will make approximately double what his previous income was and this should help tremendously. According to my attorney we are close to the end of my SSI case and this would help us greatly...our mortgage company is Citi Mortgage.
