my mortgage was sold to ASC by Option One, before the ink even dry. been having harassing phone calls ever since. Eventhough, my monthly payment is $2,700, i usually sent in $3,000 per month. Early Feb. 07\', got into some financial hardship. I was backed up on my payments. In june 0f 07\', ASC put my loan on foreclosure status, unless i can pay the $14,000 worth of back payments or at least $9,000 of it. In July of 07\', I\'d borrowed $10,000 from friends & families. Sent it in overnight to the address they give me. Called within 2 days to check my status, they told me that I was off the status. they also said that they will rework my loan, so that i can get caught up. that they will work with me. Aug. of 07\' , sent in $4,000 overnight to the same previous address. Called within 2 days to check on status, still the same. During this time, I have returned all paperwork that they have sent me for the rework of my loan. Sept. of 07\', sent in another $4,000 for the month. Called within 2 days to check on my status. Still the same, but they needed more info on me. Oct. of 07\', called to check on my status. That\'s when i found out that they have no intentions to rework my loan. they told me that I was in definitely in foreclosure status, that i owe over $23,000 in back payments, then they told me that they cannot except my payments for the previous months, nearly $20,000 in 3 months time. Their reasons was that I owe them too much money, eventhough I\'m nearly caught up. I didnt keep in contact with them. I called every month to check on my status. I\'m thinking that they are just hell bent in foreclosing on my house. I know i can pay my mortgage, been doing it for nearly 20 yrs. Now they said they are sending my payments since June, back to me, but I have seen it yet.

I'm one month behind on my payments and have tried to contact ASC or pay through their website, but Customer service was rude and said there will be 75 dollar charge and if not paid, there will be forclosure on the property. Currently I have great credit and I'm trying to pay but I'm angry to have to pay a $75 convenience fee, late charge and warning of foreclosure. We moved to Monterey and renting the house. I lost my job back in Jan 07.  We are in a predatory loan situation--ARM interest only loan with America's Servicing Company/Wells Fargo.  We were able to keep up with both Mortgage pymts until June 07 we started having trouble keeping up, we manage to pay our Mortgages until 8/07 until we could no longer keep up!  We have been trying for months to somehow have ASC now merged with Wells Fargo assist us to no avail! We want to keep our home and do not want to lose our home to foreclosure!  We need our two mortgages combined with the lowest interest rate possible asap or we are going to lose our home! Our situation is better financially and especially not paying our mortgage pymts which combined our approx $2400 and are anticipated to go up to approx $3200 in March 08! Well to start the interest rate went up, I have talked with them the linder about repayment plan. And i have asked them to drop my escrow to help lower the payment its seems that they don't want too. At closing when we bought the house i ask not to have the escrow i would pay the taxes, will when the linder bought the loan a few weeks later thay added the escrow and now with that and the higher interest im getting behind. I could keep up with the payment yes if it was just as it was in the begaining or some where near that first payment each month. The mortage company is America Services Comp. I wish i did not have them to say the truth.
